The apartment was nice and spacious. It had all the basic amenities, but we had some issues with the initial room we got. After chatting with reception, they switched us to a newer one which was much better. The cleanliness was on point, though. Overall, comfortable enough for a family of four, but just a bit of a rocky start with the room situation.

But paying for beach towels? Oh darling, that’s just tragic! And no tea bags in the room? I had to negotiate like a diplomat!

The night pool bar staff, especially the bartender, made our evenings delightful with their creativity in cocktails. The vibrant atmosphere and live music added a unique touch that truly enhanced our stay.

The Creta Palm Resort Hotel & Apartments impressed me with its fantastic location, just steps from a beautiful beach. My room felt spacious and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff stood out. they were attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any requests. The pool area was really nice, perfect for both relaxation and family fun, although it did get a bit crowded at times. The breakfast offered a good variety, but I noticed some of the food options weren't replenished quickly enough during peak times. The evening entertainment promised much but delivered little, which was a letdown. Some areas near the pool were noisy, disrupting my relaxation time. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but there's room for improvement in entertainment and food service efficiency.

Too many unnecessary charges for basic amenities like beach towels and pool access!!! The gym facilities need major upgrades. lacking modern equipment and air conditioning, it hardly qualifies as a gym!!!
